Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top technical talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to identify the best candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Plan cultural and company-wide events to increase engagement.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on hiring for tech roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Serbian labor and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to develop strategies and provide leadership.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
