We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead engagement on Twitter and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who understands Web3 culture, moves fast on social, and knows how to spark real conversations. You’ll focus on engaging with the ecosystem, amplifying the right voices, and building relationships that grow our presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Twitter and LinkedIn presence
• Actively engage with projects, partners, and community members
• Spot trends and jump into relevant conversations
• Build and maintain a content and engagement calendar
• Write posts, replies, and threads in a consistent tone
• Coordinate with internal teams and ambassadors for key announcements and retweets
• Track engagement metrics and community sentiment
• Contribute to meme ideas and help shape our voice with the marketing and design team.

Requirements

• Experience running social accounts
• Deep understanding of crypto Twitter and online culture
• Strong writing instincts, especially for short-form content
• Organized, fast-moving, and comfortable with shifting priorities
• Familiarity with social tools is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of crypto (trading, NFTs, etc)
• Experience running social media marketing for Web3 projects
• Familiarity with the Sei ecosystem
• Basic understanding of how social and marketing efforts align
