The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Lead who knows DeFi inside out, lives on crypto Twitter, and has a feel for what’s about to blow up before anyone else spots it. Your job: take DragonSwap and make them unavoidable.

This is an opportunity for someone with real, practical experience in Web3 growth who’s hungry to make a name for themselves. You’ll own strategy and execution across multiple projects, building campaigns that drive adoption and put NIMA Labs at the center of DeFi’s next wave.

Responsibilities

• Identify narratives before they peak and position our projects at the front of them.
• Design and execute campaigns that drive users and volume.
• Lead cross-portfolio pushes: airdrops, incentives, integrations, launches.
• Grow and energize communities across Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Build and maintain key ecosystem, partner, and influencer relationships.
• Measure results, iterate quickly, and double down on what works.

• A track record of shipping growth campaigns with measurable results.
